NBA Picks Wednesday 3/8/2017 – NYN vs. MIL

Pick #1 – New York Knicks at Milwaukee Bucks

With baseball just around the corner and March madness upon us its an amazing time to be betting sports and building our bankrolls and tonight we get an 11 game NBA basketball schedule tonight to to try and do exactly that as we narrow down the value to the New York Knicks (26-38) versus the Milwaukee Bucks (29-33) in a showcase of teams really not performing at their best in the current moment. This wager sets off strong signals from the start as some books OVER/UNDER line started as high as a 213 and that has now dwindled to a 208.5 over / under most assuredly from pressure by the sharp money. Breaking down the contest even further we take note that the total has gone UNDER in 5 of New York's last 6 games and that the total has gone UNDER in 5 of Milwaukee's last 6 games rally highlighting the recent trend that these two teams simply are suffering on offense in this current state of the season. The season offensive and defensive performance statistics give us averages of 211.05 and 213.64 so it will be the current drop off on the offensive side of the ball that we will really be relying on in this unique spot. Both teams OVER/UNDER combined record for the year is 69–55-2 so we should fully expect a strong pull back to the middle average setting up a nice UNDER opportunity to be in. When it comes to pace of play New York is 13 and Milwaukee is 21 giving us a situation where we get the favored home team as the slower team which should really dictate the pace in this one. We also note that the Knicks are 13 in possessions per game (falling off drastically) and the Bucks are the number 20 team in the league (dropping significantly) so here again we get two teams just not playing offense like they normally do really setting the stage for a low scoring affair. The public consensus for this game is 100% in favor of the OVER so we get the nice general consensus and public fade that we always like to have on our side in this one as well. The computer predicted scoring outcome of this game is 207.6 so a 208.5 UNDER play given all the above looks like it should get us where we need to go and we get the final confidence builder with the AI predictor brain also agreeing.
