Kazmir has been rock solid this year 11-3 and 2.38 ERA Houston is countering with Oberholtzer 2-7 and 4.50. This looks like a solid run line play as the As have been consistently blowing this type of game out all year. Lets Get It Rob

We are getting a far better team with the Giants, they are 26-19 on the road this season compared to the Phillies at 19-29 at home. The Giants have won 3 of their last 5 and looked very solid vs Miami, Philly has lost 4 of 5 and their only win was a 2-1 victory over Atlanta. I don't see much difference in the pitching Lee at 3.18 and Vogelsong at 3.86. The main difference is the fact that San Fran is a better team at the plate. Make a play on the ML and RL here. 7/21/2014 7:05 PM Reduced Baseball 912 New York Yankees* -1½ +115 vs Texas Rangers M Mikolas - R Listed S Greene - R Listed Risking 1.50 To Win 1.73 (Loss) I have to go against the Rangers again here tonight, they looked pretty brutal vs the Jays in this past series, and the Yankees are doing what the Yankees do, come into form when it matters. They cooled off the Red hot reds this last series getting as sweep over them. I like the Yankees to keep it rolling in this series vs the Rangers. Pitching the Yankees are starting Greene 1.32 ERA but only 2 games - both wins. Mikolas is 0-2 with a 10.05 ERA don't really put much weight in these stats as both pitchers haven't started much. Instead I am going to go with 1.5 on the 5 inning line for the Dodgers to have the lead - Martinez has shown his weakness in the last couple games, he can throw hard 97-98 MPH but doesn't have any other consistent pitches to mix in. I expect the Dodgers to pick up on this early and get at least a lead by 5 innings in. I would be making a bigger play here but without Puig in the lineup this game could be a bit closer. Giants are starting Lincecum 3.66ERA 9-5 on the season vs Hand for Miami 0-2 on the season and 5.26 ERA. You could split this bet 1 unit on under 9 and 1 under 8.5 if you have the ability to, the value may be better if you can get it at plus money. The problem with these two teams has been injuries and their inability to put up runs. Both teams are struggling at the plate. Look at the prior two games in the series 5-1 and 4-1 so far. With Buehrle pitching today I expect the Rangers to struggle to put up runs and the Jays haven't shown they can score so play the under. Similar to the one that played out last night, so I am going with a middle play here and the Under. We have 2 of the best pitchers in the league facing off. Both teams are coming off a long late night last night where they played a 16 inning game. Hernandez ERA 2.12 and Richards 2.55 both come in to this game at 11-2 and I expect they will both want to show off their skills tonight. Even if we get a multiple run win one way or another we still reduce the risk with the hedge, but I like the value on trying to catch the middle especially with 2 teams on short rest facing outstanding pitchers. 7/19/2014 7:05 PM MLB Baseball 906 Washington Nationals* -126 vs Milwaukee Brewers M Garza - R Listed T Roark - R Listed Risking 1.00 To Win 0.79 (WINNER) 7/19/2014 7:05 PM Reduced Baseball 906 Washington Nationals* -1½ +175 vs Milwaukee Brewers M Garza - R Listed T Roark - R Listed Risking 1.00 To Win 1.75 (WINNER) This is a big market home team weekend system play, it backs teams in large markets coming off a loss that have a pitcher with a better ERA and a winning record starting. Its been a very profitable system for me the last couple years. I also like the way Washington was putting up runs going into the All Star break. Go with 1 unit on the ML and 1 unit on the RL. Dickey has been pitching very well lately, his last 2 games he has only allowed 2 runs including a 7 inning shut out vs rhe red hot Angels. Darvish has struggled a bit lately but still been a very solid pitcher this year, the other thing we have going for us on an under 8 play is that both teams have struggled to put up runs lately. They have been consistently outscoring teams by 2 or more runs and they have a very solid pitcher in Samardzija starting. Tillman has been hot and cold for the Orioles, the main thing that I think differentiates these teams is the As ability to get starting pitchers out of the game early, its part of their game plan to take a lot of pitches early and work the pitch count, especially in the first game of a series. I like Oakland to get a multiple run win tomorrow. This play is another great value at 7.5. Both teams have been batting great, we get another opportunity to make a play on Lariano giving up runs and we are getting a matchup with 2 pitchers who have ERAs over 4.5 in one game with a total under 8. Looking at De La Rosa vs Pittsburgh they are batting him at .321 so that's another plus for the over. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Pirates get Liriano a win tonight but I think they are going to need a 5-4 type game to get it done. We finished up very nicely heading into the All Star break which always feels really good. We have also now put together four winning days in a row which is a fantastic streak to be on going into the rest of the year. The extra confidence and research time during the baseball All Star break should allow us to come strong out the gate for the second half of the betting baseball season. Monday Day 1 - Sports Picker VIP Plays for 7-7-2014 (3-0 for +4.04 Units) Always nice to start the week strong. Three baseball picks that included two spread and one over/under play lead to a solid +4.04 betting unit performance. We are getting a far better pitcher in Cueto who has won 5 of his last 7 starts (play one ND) and comes into this game at 9-6 on the year with a 2.03 ERA. We are also fading Lariano who has been terrible this year and now comes back from his Oblique injury to a very difficult task. I am taking the Reds for 2 on the ML and 1 on the RL. Subject: Sports Picker VIP plays for 7-12-2014 We got our big win with the Angeles last night as they shut out the Rangers. We narrowly missed our play on the under in the As vs Mariners game and the Phillies surprised everyone with a big night against Zimmerman. In the end we ended the night with a slight profit. Looking to do much better with today's picks. 7/12/2014 4:10 PM MLB Baseball 955 St. Louis Cardinals* -135 vs Milwaukee Brewers A Wainwright - R Listed J Nelson - R Listed Risking 1.50 To Win 1.11 (WINNER) 7/12/2014 4:10 PM Reduced Baseball 955 St. Louis Cardinals/Milwaukee Brewers* Under 7 +105 A Wainwright - R Listed J Nelson - R Listed Risking 1.50 To Win 1.58 (loss) I have to back the Cardinals here, after last nights meltdown from a 6-0 lead the Brewers just look like a team that doesn't remember how to win. They are now 1-9 in their last 9 games and they are facing one of the most difficult pitchers in baseball. I am not going to rehash Wainwrights stats as you have seen them a few times this year. I am backing the Ace and the under. 7/12/2014 7:15 PM Reduced Baseball 975 Los Angeles Angels* -1½ -110 vs Texas Rangers J Weaver - R Listed M Mikolas - R Listed Risking 2.00 To Win 1.82 (WINNER) We got our big 3 unit play with eh Angeles last night and I am going with them again tonight. This would be another 3 unit play, except Saturday games tend to increase the home advantage just a little bit, so I am just going with a 2 unit play here. Texas is now 1-9 and they are starting Mikolas who has struggled his last two starts, giving up 9 in his last game to Houston. Weaver needs no introduction, he comes in to this game 9-6 with a 3.5 ERA. Back the Angeles for another big win.d Lets Get It Rob ====================== All predictions, picks, plays, opinions or information is provided for entertainment purposes only. Burnett has also struggled in his last 3 starts going 0-3 and giving up 3 or 4 runs in each game. Zimmerman has been lights out, he hasn't allowed over 2 runs since May. I like him to go deep in this game and lead the Nationals with another solid start. Samardzija got the As a win in his first outing this year and looks to be settling in well at his new home. Hernandez has been phenomenal all year. I like this game to be a classic pitchers duel with both of these guys showing off their skills. Hernandez hasn't allowed over 2 runs since mid may and has an ERA of 2.11. Samardzija will be looking to prove his worth in the trade and continue his performance from last game where he went 7 innings 4 hits and 1 run. He has an ERA of 2.74 and has shown he can reach back for extra when needed. Make a play on the 5 inning line under 3 runs tonight. 7/11/2014 8:05 PM MLB Baseball 921 Los Angeles Angels* -1½ -115 vs Texas Rangers G Richards - R Listed N Tepesch - R Listed Risking 2.00 To Win 1.74 (WINNER) 7/11/2014 8:05 PM MLB Baseball 921 Los Angeles Angels* -2½ +145 vs Texas Rangers G Richards - R Listed N Tepesch - R Listed Risking 1.00 To Win 1.45 (WINNER) This one should be a very lopsided game. LA is firing on all cylinders and starting Richards (10-2, 2.71 ERA) is among the AL leaders in wins, ERA, strikeouts (119) and batting average against (.196). LA has scored a total of 65 runs over their last 10 games and they have won 8 of them. Texas is struggling with injuries and is a brutal 1-9 in their last 10 games including an embarrassing 15-6 loss last night. Tepesch has struggled against strong batting teams, he got lit up by Oakland, Cleveland and Washington, I expect it to happen again tonight. Make a Run Line play and a -2.5 play on LAA.
